Asilia’s Naboisho Camp among the the Worlds Best

October, 2024 – Asilia's Naboisho Camp in Kenya has been recognised among the best in the World Resorts category of the 2024 Condé Nast Traveler Reader’s Choice Awards.

With over half a million readers voting in the awards, to be recognised as one of the winners is testament to the experience offered to travellers staying at the camp, and the exceptional quality of accommodation and service.

The camp is located in a private conservancy adjacent to the Masai Mara National Reserve. Asilia Africa were one of the founding partners of the Naboisho Conservancy in 2010, a ground-breaking example of tourism benefiting the local community, and as a result allowing the ecosystem to thrive.

The Conservancy is comprised of land leased from 500 Maasai landowners, and the conservancy fees provide them with a sustainable livelihood, generating income and creating jobs whilst protecting this vital corridor of over 20,000 hectares of the Mara eco-system. This model has now been replicated around the Mara

Guests at Naboisho can embark on an all-encompassing safari, enjoying the conservancy’s thriving wildlife through walking and night safaris, while knowing they are making a difference to the future of the Mara ecosystem and people who live around it.
